water way with 163 miles of shoreline, that encompasses a dozen lakes and five rivers (For maps, visit Michigan
Interactive).For the fisherman, virtually every North American game fish is found within the Chain of Lakes in
both size and abundance. Fly-fishing, canoeing, & kayaking adventures are unsurpassed anywhere in the lower
peninsula of Michigan on world famous streams that include the Jordan, Boardman, Manistee, and AuSable rivers.

Autumn color in Northern Michigan is stunning and draws visitors
from around the globe who typically respond in the same manner as people watching a fireworks display. Over a dozen
Wineries dot the area just south and west of Bellaire and provide a delightful way to spend a leisurely day of
wine tasting. Shanty Creek Resort is located in Bellaire and boasts of four world-renowned golf courses including
the new Tom Weiskopf "Cedar River" course, "The Legend" and "Hawk's Eye Golf Community".

The 'Big Lake”, Lake Michigan is a 20 minute drive and
opens up unlimited sport fishing opportunities for steelhead, Coho, brown trout, and the much sought after "King"
