Biography

Formerly with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Bob received his real estate license in 2002 and joined Real Estate One. When Exit Realty of Elk Rapids formed in 2004, Bob examined the Exit business model and moved to Exit in 2005. The development of the new Bellaire Exit Chain-O-Lakes office quickly followed and opened for business in early April 2006 with Bob as manager. In July of 2007, Bob & his wife Cindy purchased franchise rights for Exit in the Chain of Lakes area.

Dissatisfied with doing the business of real estate the old and traditional way, they soon recognized the overwhelming need for a change in the real estate industry, Bob formed "bluNorth Realty" in early 2010. "bluNorth Realty" offers increased value and services to both buyers and sellers at substantially less cost, fees, and commissions.

Married to Cindy for 25 years, they have three grown sons, four grandchildren, and four cats. Originally, from the Detroit area, Bob & Cindy moved to Bellaire from Milford in 2002.

Bob is an avid reader, an amateur writer & poet, and, when time permits, enjoys fly-fishing, hunting Morels in spring, canoe & kayaking, and cooking.

Bob is a volunteer for Northwest Michigan Hospice, and the Antrim County Animal Shelter where he helps take care of the orphaned Cats & Kittens.
