Kip has been a resident of Northern Michigan since 1995 and became a licensed realtor in 2001. He has worked in the Modular/Manufactured home industry and has extensive knowledge of this unique form of home construction. He has managed several successful turn-key projects within the Modular industry and is prideful of his ability to consistently communicate and follow-up with his clients. Kip has three children ages 3, 12, &14 and is very active and involved with their schools and activities. One of Kip’s personal goals is to be not just a good father but rather to be recognized by his children as a “great” father.
